Hi, I’m Hannah Sandifer!

I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at Mind-Body Trauma Therapy.

I am currently in the final phase of my clinical training and completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rollins College.

I primarily work with childhood trauma, shame, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship patterns in teens and adults. My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in the connection between the mind and body. My work focuses on helping you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned for you.

Maybe you’re feeling stuck in patterns that are affecting your relationships, emotions, boundaries, or the way you see yourself. Together, we can explore those patterns and make sense of how past experiences may still be shaping the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. My hope is to help you better understand yourself, build greater self-trust, and feel more empowered in the way you move through life.

I believe our struggles are not evidence that something is wrong with us, but reminders that we have adapted to life’s experiences in the best ways we knew how. Healing begins when we meet ourselves with curiosity instead of judgment. I am committed to creating a warm, collaborative space where you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are.

Rate: $50 per 60-minute session.

Therapeutic Approach:

Getting personal…

“From a young age, I have always had a heart for helping others and a deep appreciation for meaningful human connection. That passion grew into a desire to understand people, relationships, and the ways our experiences shape who we become. Pursuing counseling felt like a natural calling, one that allows me to combine my love for people with my desire to walk alongside them as they heal, grow, and rediscover themselves.

My life has included experiences that invited me into my own healing journey. Through years of personal therapy, I have experienced firsthand the courage it takes to be vulnerable and the freedom that comes from developing a more secure relationship with yourself and others. Therapy helped me cultivate a stronger sense of self, choose connection over self-protection, and trust that healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been beneath the patterns you developed to survive.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy reading, trying new recipes, practicing yoga, spending time with friends and family, and with my cat, Ollie. These everyday moments remind me that meaningful growth doesn’t only happen through big breakthroughs, but also through slowing down, being present, and connecting with what matters most.“

I value empathy, authenticity, freedom, and meaningful connection.

I strive to approach life with openness, choosing courage over certainty and expression over perfection.
